Peace & Conflict Resolution Virtual Conference of the Young Diplomats Chamber, University of Ilorin

Chimdimma Onyedebelu was invited by the Young Diplomats Chamber to discuss ADR Approach, Principles, Process, Ethics in Conflict Management.

She led through a rather detailed presentation to explain a wide array of ADR mechanisms, basic steps to take to initiate dispute resolution proceeding in ADR Centres, and advising the future lawyers on how to incorporate ADR into the representation of their clients.
